Allison ‎

Registered Veterinary Technician

Allison is a graduate from Sheridan college’s veterinary technician class of 2023.

Allison grew alongside cats all her life and they became the first animals she loved. This led her to start having interests in other animals such as dogs, horses, guinea pigs and mice. Her father, who grew up in farm life, showed her the joys of animals big and small while her mom always shared her fun experiences with her various pets growing up, including a monkey! Having so much love for animals she knew she wanted them to be a big part of her life and decided to dedicate her time to helping care for them and educating others on how to care for their pets.

She lives in an animal-filled home alongside her 2 pets. Bubu is a senior cat who still loves to play like a kitten. Morenita is another black cat who regardless of her age always wants to cuddle with mom in the bed.

Even with her own to care for she still has a strong love for all animals who come into her life and treats them as best she can.

Alondra ‎

Veterinary Assistant

Alondra is a graduate of animal care from Sheridan College and loves animals.
While growing up in Ecuador she had many dogs in her life and her parents were strong believers in helping animals they found abandoned or alone. This included dogs, cats, birds and other small creatures, all while also still caring for their small farm life with cows, chickens and guinea pigs. Alondra adapted this belief from them and has pursued a career in animal care to continue helping pets in need.

Her parents continue to care for 7 dogs in their home and from always growing up with dogs she needed to have at least one of her own. Benito, is a rambunctious beagle who uses his smarts to get into all types of mischief for food and gets spoiled with her love and care.

Alondra does plan to continue expanding her knowledge in animal healthcare and who knows where her ambitions will take her.

She came to us from Toronto Cat rescue in a dire state after being rescued from the street. Underweight, barely eating, and very sick. After a very long recovery process everyone in the clinic fell in love with her soft demeanor. Anyone who knows her would know she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.
